Kathleen E. Walters
Kathleen E. Walters, Esquire has been practicing law as an attorney with our office since 2012. She concentrates her practice in the areas of criminal defense, family law, civil litigation and wills and estates, in both state and federal courts. Recently, Kathleen obtained a substantial settlement for her client following litigation of an auto accident case in the amount of $600,000.

Kathleen received her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School, where she was also a member of the NYLS Moot Court Association. Prior to attending NYLS, Kathleen graduated from Rutgers College at Rutgers University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in French.

Kathleen is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York state bars, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.


C. Daniel Higgins, Jr.
Mr. Higgins is of counsel to the firm as he currently serves full time as a Magisterial District Judge for District Court 43-3-02. He is only available for legal consultations during evening hours and weekend hours upon appointment. He concentrates his practice in matters concerning real estate law, worker's compensation law, and wills and estates matters.

He is a graduate of Villanova University, receiving a Bachelor's of Science Degree in 1989, and later receiving his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the District of Columbia. Mr. Higgins is licensed to practice in both the state and federal courts since 1996.
